ANNA POOJA CELEBRATION 2024

 The festival Anna Pooja was celebrated in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya  Mat.Hr.Sec.School, Vallioor on 4^th July 2024. The function began with lamp light ceremony by our honourable correspondent Shri.S.K.Subramanianji and our beloved Principal Mr.T.Muthukrishnan. Following this prayer song (Sithi Vinayagan) was rendered by our students. Then our student Muthurajan delivered the welcome address. Next our students sang Vivekananda Song (Bharathanattin…)

 

 

 Then our honourable Correspondent sir and Principal sir honored the goddess Anna Lakshmi. Then our teacher Mr.Bharathiraja  delivered his speech and his speech include the creation of the goddess Anna Lakshmi and  also told about the importance of food and not to waste it. He also told how  Anna Pooja is celebrated. Next our students performed Bharathanatiyam as gracefully as peacocks.

 

 After the dance our students Sivaneshwariselvi and Udhaya made the conversation about importance of Annapooja and how it was celebrated and why. Then  our correspondent  sir and principal sir performed the ‘Aarti’ for  goddess Anna Lakshmi. Then the vote of thanks was delivered by our student Sharon Viji. The function was then  completed by Kendra prayer which was sung by all the students and teachers.
