MATHRU POOJA
“Mathru Devo Bhava,
Pithru Devo
Bhava,
Acharya Devo Bhava”
Indian
culture lays a lot of emphasis on the deep emotional bond between parents and
children. It is a healthy custom that we teach the children that God is worshipped
through many forms and names. Among different altars of worship the first place
is given to one’s own mother and then father then teacher.
To inculcate these words among the students, we conducted “Mathru Pooja” in a grand way at our Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya , Vallioor.
