Universal Brotherhood  can be said to be a feeling in which all humans are equal irrespective of the caste, creed, race, religion, gender etc.

Universal Brotherhood day was celebrated in our school on 11^th September to commemorate the historic speech of Swami Vivekananda at the “World Parliament of Religions” held at Chicago, America on  11^th September 1893.

The function started at 11.30 am in our school auditorium with the prayer song followed by  lighting the lamp by our correspondent Sri.S.K.Subramanian and our principal Mr.Muthukrishnan. Our teacher Mrs.Bavani sang a song about our Swamiji.

A warm welcome was offered to all the participants by our teacher Mrs.Priyadharshini. An effective speech was given by our Tamil teacher Mrs.Chandra Selvi and Mr.Sreenivasa Perumal respectively in Tamil and English .

  E.Sudharsanamurali of 11^th Std disguised as Swami Vivekanandar and coined the golden  words of Swami Vivekananda. Vote of thanks was proposed by our teacher Mrs.S.Princes. The day came to a fine end with  Kendra Prarthana led  by our teachers and students.

Every year we have been celebrating Vinayagar Chaturthi  in a grand way in our school. The Vinayagar chaturthi  was celebrated on 09.09.2021.

 

Each students worshiped  Lord Ganesha by offering flowers and Prasadham.  The Festival started with devotional followed by manthras and Arathi ceremony.

 The ceremony was ended with great joy, happiness and devotion towards Lord Ganesha.

After completing the pooja   prasadham was distributed to the students and the staff. After the celebration the idol of  Lord Ganesha was taken by our XII students for Immersion. With the blessing of Lord Ganesha the ceremony was conducted very auspiciously.  Our correspondent Sri. S.K. Subramanian and Principal Mr.T.MuthuKrishnan  arranged the function in a grand manner.

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya  Mat.Hr.Sec.School, Vallioor organized the Teachers’ Day celebration on September 4, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. The program began with a prayer rendered by our teachers Mrs.Esakkiammal and Mrs.G.Bavani  following this, our teacher Mrs.P.Nambinatchiyar delivered the welcome address. Next our teachers Mrs.P.Muthulakshmi and Mr.Srinivasa Perumal gave a speech about Teachers’ Day in Tamil and English respectively. Then our correspondent Sri.S.K.Subramanian  distributed the gifts and sweets to all the teachers. Then our teacher Mrs.Utchimahali proposed   the vote of thanks. The event ended with Kendra Prayer. We maintained the social distance in the programme.
