Gita Jayanthi was celebrated in our school campus on 07.12.2022. We started the programme at 10.30 am. Our dedicative Principal Mr.T.Muthu Krishnanji initiated the programme by lightening the lamp. One of our students Selvi.Varshini of class XI, Welcomed the gathering, following that our teacher Mrs.Muthulakshmi gave an oration of the translated script of Mann.Nivedita Didi’s speech (Vice president of Vivekananda Kendra , Kanyakumari) about Mahabharatham and Bhagavat Gita.
Our Students performed Bharatham which picturized Krishna’s role in Mahabaratha. Bhagavat Gita was chanted by our teacher Mrs.Devi and it was followed by our students and teacher.
One of our students Theowin Jones of class VIII delivered the vote of thanks. The programme went will with the guidance of our respected correspondent Mr.S.K.Subramanianji and follow up by our principal and the teaching faculties. In and around around 550 students and 30 staff were participated in the programme.
