“ Vidhyadhanam Sarva Dhanam Pradhanam”
The Vijayadasami and Vidyarambham celebrations were conducted at our school on 12th October 2024 in a grand and us auspicious manner. The event began with a soulful prayer song by Mrs.P.Subha. Following this, the program officially commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by our esteemed Chief guest Sri.Iyyappanji (RDP), Correspondent Sri.S.K.Subramanianji, Principal Mr.T.Muthukrishnan, and parents. Then our teacher Mrs. M.Subbulakshmi welcomed the gathering and delivered a speech on the significance of Vidhyarambham. She highlighted its importance in shaping young minds and marking the beginning of their academic journey.
The Vidyarambham celebration featured a beautifully arranged “Kolu”
prepared with the joint effort of
teachers and students. A pooja was
conducted, with mantras chanted by the priest, which all participants joined
with devotion. Our honorable Chief
guest, Sri. Iyyappanji, delivered an inspirational speech about Swamiji and
also gave a motivational address on Ratan Tata’s service to our nation.
Later the children participated in the Vidyarambham ritual, guided by our Chief guest Sri.Iyyappanji, Sri. S.K. Subramanianji, and principal Mr. T. Muthukrishnan. The Children wrote the sacred mantra “Om”in turmeric rice, symbolizing their initiation into learning. Nearly 25 parents attended the ceremony, participating with enthusiasm alongside their children. Furthermore our teacher Mrs. Muthumari delivered a vote of thanks.
The event concluded with the Kendra prayer, leaving everyone with a sense of spiritual fulfillment. The celebration was a great success, marked by the active participation of students, parents, and staff alike.
